Job Summary
Direct Repair Sales Expert responsible for managing high-intent leads, performing roof and property inspections for insurance carriers, owning the sales pipeline from contract to close, and traveling for CAT events or market shifts. The role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong relationship-building and communication skills, experience in property damage assessment and roof inspections, and a track record in direct sales and insurance restoration. Will generate opportunities through self-generation and prospecting to drive unit growth and nationwide impact.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Property Insurance Adjuster or 3-5 years in Insurance Restoration
- 2-3+ years in direct sales with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Advanced skills in property damage assessment and roof inspections (8/12 pitch and above)
- Proactive mindset with strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure, constantly shifting environments
