The role requires strong experience in property damage assessment and roof inspections, a proven track record in direct sales, proactive lead-gen capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Property Insurance Adjuster or 3-5 years in Insurance Restoration
- 2-3+ years in direct sales with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Advanced skills in property damage assessment and roof inspections (8/12 pitch and above)
- A proactive mindset with strong relationship-building and communication skills
- The ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure, constantly shifting environments
