Direct Repair Sales Expert responsible for managing high-intent leads, performing property roof inspections for insurance claims, owning the sales pipeline from contract to close, and traveling as needed for CAT events or market shifts. You’ll generate opportunities through self-led prospecting when volumes are low and contribute to nationwide roofing recovery efforts by helping homeowners and businesses post-storm. Key skills include advanced property damage assessment, roof inspection proficiency, relationship-building, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role emphasizes field sales and inspections with a focus on insurance restoration and direct repair opportunities across deployment locations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Property Insurance Adjuster or 3-5 years in Insurance Restoration
- 2-3+ years in direct sales with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Advanced skills in property damage assessment and roof inspections (8/12 pitch and above)
- Proactive mindset with strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure, constantly shifting environments
