Job Summary
The Onsite Direct Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates for approved roles, managing and screening all direct applicants, and ensuring recruitment KPIs are met. Responsibilities include conducting telescreening/video screening, developing talent pools, providing updates on sourcing progress, and maintaining compliance with service level agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume permanent recruitment, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while managing changing recruitment volumes.
