Job Summary
Direct Primary Care physician role focusing on relationship-driven, patient-centered care with eight one-hour visits per day, zero insurance billing, and a balanced work-life model. Responsibilities include treating patients with preventive and lifestyle medicine, collaborative clinical discussions via group chat, limited call, and telehealth/virtual care as appropriate. Ideal candidates are relationship-driven, autonomous with accountability, entrepreneurial, capable of managing a smaller panel, and committed to purpose over productivity quotas. Location in the OKC or Tulsa metro areas; four days in-clinic per week plus half-day virtual care on Fridays; dedicated nursing and strong front-office support; credentialing streamlined; opt-out of Medicare required for the DPC model; minimum 5 years post-residency experience in family medicine; located in OKC/Tulsa metro area with patient panel willing to follow to new practice.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with at least 5 years of post-residency practice experience
- Successful completion of family medicine or similar residency program
