Job Summary
Manage purchasing processes and supplier negotiations to ensure timely, accurate material supply while evaluating costs, delivery times, and performance. Follow up on purchase orders and inventory levels, analyze purchasing KPIs to generate reports, and coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments. Participate in supplier development and qualification activities to support cost reduction and continuous improvement projects within the automotive industry. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of purchasing experience in automotive or manufacturing, with proficiency in supplier negotiation, ERP management, and supply chain logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 7 years in purchasing within the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Supplier negotiation and management
- ERP management
- Material planning and supply
- Cost and KPI analysis
- Supply chain and logistics knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of automotive processes
- English Level: Proficient
- Currently authorized to work on a full-time basis, in the country where the position is currently based
