Direct Loan Processor II

Manage the full lifecycle of consumer loan processing from application through funding, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while delivering a strong member experience. Independently oversee an active pipeline of approximately 40–50 applications, prioritizing high-volume inbound and outbound calls to meet service levels and funding timelines. Perform quality control reviews to support audits, validate financial and identity documentation, and obtain DMV records to perfect liens on collateral. Identify and mitigate potential fraud, suspicious activity, and identity theft by applying due diligence standards and escalating cases per procedure. Collaborate across departments to resolve escalations, conduct fulfillment audits, and provide effective oral and written communication to members and peers.
