Direct Labor - UTILITIES

Prepare molds by cleaning, oiling, and assembling components. Place, tie, and secure rebar according to specifications. Pour, spread, and finish concrete within molds using proper tools. Remove finished precast products from molds safely and efficiently. Clean and maintain work areas, molds, tools, and equipment. Assist with loading and unloading materials, including operating forklifts as needed. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Assist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned. Requires ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive manual labor in a fast-paced industrial setting.
