Direct Labor - molding at Seaway Plastics: operate and support production molds, follow work instructions to produce quality parts, maintain cycle times, recognize and report rejects, and uphold IQMS and ISO standards. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring safety, communicating with relief operator, and performing mold-specific production tasks to meet efficiency and scrap targets.
