Job Summary
Urgent requirement for Customer Service Executive/Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support). Candidates will handle inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and sell technical support plans. Ideal candidates must have good communication skills in English, experience in outbound tech support for 6 months to 1 year, and the ability to close their own calls. The position offers a salary of ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month plus attractive incentives and requires immediate joining for the US shift from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am on a 6-day workweek.
