Job Summary
Part-time Physical Therapist provides skilled physical therapy across orthopaedic, neurologic, and mobility conditions in a nonprofit senior living setting. Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and participating in discharge planning.
