Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for assigned nursing units within an inpatient rehabilitation facility, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting staff performance, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This role serves as a clinical resource, mentor, and liaison between nursing staff and leadership, promoting excellence in rehabilitation nursing practice. Compensation is hourly with day or night 12-hour shifts; benefits begin on day one and include medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401(k)/stock purchase plans, and HSA/FSAs. Requires active RN licensure; BLS and ACLS to be obtained within one year; CRRN to be obtained within one year of eligibility. Bachelor's degree preferred; two years of inpatient hospital experience and prior leadership experience are expected. Location options include Winston-Salem, NC and Advance, NC with on-site (in-person) duties.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years)
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results
