Job Summary
Sales-promoter role at Costco in Tracy, CA promoting Qunol and ZenaNutrition nutritional supplements. Representitives will interact with Costco members, demonstrate features/benefits of products (Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, Liquid CoQ10, Turmeric), provide customer service, manage inventory and product displays, and adhere to company policies. Shifts run from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM with part-time employment on a W-2, including bi-weekly pay and potential bonuses. Compensation starts at $26/hour with quota-based bonuses; includes structured commission per product sold and an emphasis on engaging, professional interactions and independent work at the location.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with direct sales
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Email and basic computer / mobile device skills
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to approach and talk to customers
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day
- Ability to stand for extended stretches of time
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location
