Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients while ensuring a safe and clean environment. Administer medication, monitor health conditions, and assist with mobility and physical exercises as needed. Document any changes in client behavior or health status and collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans. Develop positive relationships with clients and their families, supporting them in social and recreational activities. Maintain an empathetic demeanor and work independently or as part of a team. Valid CPR and First Aid certification required; availability for flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Must pass background checks and drug screening
