Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients, including administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises while ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times. Document and report any changes in client behavior or health status and collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, supporting them in social and recreational activities. Maintain an empathetic and patient demeanor while working independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
