Job Summary
Direct Care Worker providing compassionate care to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting. Responsibilities include meal preparation, serving, dining support, administering medications as per prescribed guidelines, and engaging residents in activities to promote socialization and well-being. Part-time AM/PM shifts available (7a-3p and 3p-7p/8p). Dexter, MI location. Minimum education requirement is High School Diploma or GED with age 18+, valid driver's license or State ID, and ability to pass a criminal background check.
