Job Summary
Direct Care Worker responsibilities include supporting residents in a small group home, assisting with daily living activities and personal care, preparing and serving meals, administering medications (training provided), participating in activities with residents, and fostering a safe, respectful, and empowering home environment. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license or state ID, the ability to pass a criminal background check, and a willingness to learn. Offers shifts in Adrian/Tecumseh (FT or PT 2nd/3rd shift) and Hudson (1st/2nd shift) with starting pay $17.13/hr and $17.33/hr after training; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, and PTO.
