Job Summary
Conduct personal care and assist with activities of daily living for residents with intellectual/developmental disabilities and serious mental illness. Administer medications, prepare meals, and maintain sanitation standards while supporting person-centered planning. Transport residents as needed and complete electronic data entry. Work in a culture of gentleness within one of six specialized residential homes. Full-time or part-time roles available with paid training, PTO, and benefits. Starting wage is $17.13 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18-years old
- MI driver's license (unrestricted)
- HS Diploma or GED
- Pass a Physical Exam including lift test
- Pass criminal background check
- Negative TB test
