Job Summary
Support older adults and individuals with disabilities by defining their personal goals, providing emotional companionship, and assisting with meal preparation, grooming, and light housekeeping. Monitor medical, nutritional, and personal care needs to ensure well-being while maintaining punctuality and clear communication regarding supported individuals' requirements. Coordinate visits based on availability and specific client needs within a flexible, independent contract framework. This role offers autonomy with no cap on hours and is based in Arizona for those meeting state provider requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements
- Must meet comprehensive background check requirements
- Must meet Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance requirements
- Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses
- Excellent time management skills
