Job Summary
Support older adults and people with disabilities by defining their personal goals, providing emotional companionship, and assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, grooming, and light housekeeping. Monitor medical, nutritional, and personal care needs to ensure well-being while maintaining clear, timely communication regarding supported individuals' requirements. Coordinate visits based on availability and specific client needs within a flexible 1099 contract structure where you design your own schedule. This role offers autonomy to mission-driven professionals who value independence and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where community members lead fulfilling lives in their own homes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements
- Must have a comprehensive background check
- Must have Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance
- Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses
