Job Summary
Support older adults and people with disabilities in their homes by assisting with daily living tasks like meal preparation, grooming, and laundry. Provide emotional companionship, monitor medical and nutritional needs, and guide individuals in achieving personal goals to improve their quality of life. Coordinate visits based on availability and specific client needs while maintaining clear communication and punctuality. This 1099 contract role offers flexible scheduling with no cap on hours, allowing you to build a lifestyle-compatible calendar. You must meet Arizona state provider requirements, including a background check and Class 1 fingerprint clearance, and complete all state-mandated training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements
- Must have a comprehensive background check
- Must have Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance
