Job Summary
Support older adults and individuals with disabilities by coordinating visits based on availability and specific needs to help them define personal goals and reach milestones. Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping, while monitoring medical, nutritional, and personal care requirements. Ensure safety and wellness by fostering an inclusive environment where every person feels respected and valued. This 1099 contract role offers full autonomy to design a flexible schedule with no cap on hours, requiring candidates to maintain reliability and complete all state-mandated training and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements
- Must have a comprehensive background check
- Must have Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance
- Must be able to complete all state-mandated training courses
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to be punctual and dependable
- Ability to provide clear, timely updates
- Ability to stay in close contact regarding people supported needs
- Ability to confidently ask questions to ensure providing the best possible support
