Job Summary
Support older adults and people with physical or intellectual disabilities by defining their personal goals and guiding them to reach milestones that improve daily quality of life. Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping. Monitor medical, nutritional, and personal care needs to ensure well-being is met while maintaining punctuality and clear communication regarding supported individuals' needs. Coordinate visits based on availability and specific service requirements within a flexible 1099 contract structure.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements
- Must meet comprehensive background check requirements
- Must meet Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance requirements
- Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses
- Excellent time management skills
- Punctuality
