Job Summary
Support older adults and individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities by assisting with daily living tasks like meal preparation, grooming, and light housekeeping. Provide emotional companionship while monitoring medical, nutritional, and personal care needs to ensure well-being. Guide individuals in defining personal goals and reaching milestones that improve their quality of life within their own homes. Coordinate visits based on availability and specific client needs to maintain a flexible schedule. Maintain clear, timely communication regarding supported individuals' needs and ensure all state-mandated training and background checks are completed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements
- Must have a comprehensive background check
- Must have Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance
- Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses
