Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, prepare meals according to dietary requirements, and perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment. Offer companionship and emotional support while ensuring consumer safety at all times. Adhere to care plans, document care provided, and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals. Complete a 2-step TB test or chest X-ray and the PA state competency test. Full-time and part-time roles available across all shifts with paid training, dental and vision insurance, and PTO after one year.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to engage individuals in community activities and assist with participation outcomes
- Must complete 24 hours of annual training
- Must take a 2-step TB test or chest X-ray
- Completion of the PA state competency test
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
