Job Summary
Provide light housekeeping, run errands, and prepare meals for clients who require physical and emotional support due to illness or disability. Accompany individuals to appointments, assist with medications, and offer personal services including toileting, bathing, and grooming. Stimulate and encourage clients through conversation while managing their property with dignity and respect. Balance checkbooks and assist with financial tasks as needed. This role requires a high school diploma, criminal background clearance, and the ability to lift 25 pounds while standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
