Direct Care Worker (DCW)

Conduct daily activities of daily living for clients, including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, oral feeding, and vital sign checks. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making while assisting with transfers, range of motion exercises, and ambulation. Provide medication assistance and use mechanical lifting devices safely. Complete the required 40-hour training program before starting. Work 40 hours with flexible scheduling and receive weekly pay.
