Job Summary
Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation while administering medications as prescribed. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Provide emotional support and companionship to maintain client independence. Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for families in the West Valley.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
