Job Summary
Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and feeding. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health status to report changes to the healthcare team. Provide emotional support and companionship while building strong relationships with clients and their families. Ensure clients maintain independence and receive high-quality care through compassionate support. Valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 pounds, and relevant certifications required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
