Direct Care Worker for BAYADA Home Health Care providing in-home personal care, homemaker, and companionship services under a nurse-ordered plan of care. Responsibilities include ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care), light housekeeping, meal preparation, range-of-motion assistance, transfers, transportation of care, and medication reminders. Role supports adults to remain safely independent at home; training provided; flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call.
