Job Summary
Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting; prepare meals; and perform light housekeeping. Support patient mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Remind clients of medication schedules while maintaining close relationships to help them stay safe and independent at home. Serve clients in designated counties with the ability to travel to assigned locations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
