Job Summary
Direct Care Worker provides physical and emotional support to clients who may be ill, injured, or disabled. Responsibilities include home assistance (light housekeeping, errands, transportation, accompanying to appointments, medication help, meal prep, personal care such as toileting, bathing, grooming, and assisting with bills), and companionship. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and endure standing/bending for extended periods. High school diploma preferred. Criminal background check required.
