Provide one-on-one or group instruction and assistance to patients daily. Perform program activities, including meal preparation, client training, and physical maintenance of the facility. Monitor and document individual behaviors accurately while encouraging independence and participation in assigned activities. Complete routine daily checks of the van and submit data collection sheets to the supervisor. Communicate with the supervisor to revise training objectives as needed. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while prioritizing patient safety and resolving complaints. Maintain a neat and orderly therapeutic environment through hands-on instruction and guidance.
