Direct Care Team Members

Provide direct care and support to clients in supported living services, helping them build independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene), encouraging and assisting with goal achievement, and maintaining consistent progress documentation through case notes. Roles include one-on-one client support, compassionate communication, and adaptability to behavioral challenges, with shift coverage on Saturdays and Sundays in the East Bay (Oakland/Pleasanton area). Responsibilities also include documenting progress, coordinating tasks, and collaborating with team members. Requirements include a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation, ability to work in the Oakland area, background check clearance, and basic digital literacy (MS Word, email, data entry).
