Job Summary
Provide consistent, godly presence and accountability to students within a structured, faith-based environment. Guide young people toward spiritual, emotional, and personal growth through Christ-centered mentorship. Maintain a steady influence by modeling a life of faith and investing in the next generation. Complete 30 hours of provided childcare training and maintain First Aid and CPR certification. Pass a background check to work with adolescents. Required Qualifications
- A clear testimony of faith and evidence of spiritual maturity
- Full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
- Understanding of Christian discipleship and a heart for mentoring youth
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to complete 30 hours of childcare or related training (provided by NHCA)
- Commitment to maintain First Aid and CPR certification (training provided)
- Able to Pass a Background Check to work with Adolescence
Desired Qualifications
- College degree
- Minimum of one year of full-time ministry or relevant life experience in mentoring, discipleship, or youth work
