Job Summary
Provide supervision of youth to maintain a safe environment and oversee daily routines. Be a welcoming, nurturing presence to encourage and support at-risk youth. Ensure consistent implementation of client treatment plans and develop unit activities including life skills, recreation, and spiritual life. Provide first aid and health care as specified by policy. Assume responsibility for campus activities such as driving a vehicle, transporting clients, and shopping for supplies. Record documentation according to policies and communicate professionally with external stakeholders. De-escalate or physically manage children when they are a danger to themselves or others. Work day and night shifts with meals provided. Maintain a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and one year of child-care experience.

- Pass a background check, including federal and state fingerprint checks
- Pass a drug test pre-employment
- Maintain ORR required vaccinations
- Physically be able to perform Safe Crisis Management
- Be able to complete required trainings and successfully implement and execute all skills
