Job Summary
Direct Care Support Professional (DSP) provides one-on-one support in home and community settings for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include accompanying clients to errands and appointments, engaging in clients’ hobbies and activities, assisting with meals and daily tasks, and participating in community integration activities. BAYADA offers DSP training through an Apprentice Program, with paid training and orientation, weekly pay, PTO, and flexible scheduling. Pay starts at $17.50-$18 per hour. Location options include Mars, Renfrew, Butler County, Cranberry Township, and surrounding towns. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, paid training is available
