Job Summary
Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and daily operations. Supervise a team of Caregivers while providing direct support for individuals, including assistance with meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Accompany individuals on community outings and provide transportation to work or activities. Duties balance direct support, professional activities, and supervision. Requires current driver's license with one year driving history and high school diploma. Split shift hours run Monday through Friday from 6a-9a and 2p-10p.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year related work experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
- Current driver's license with 1 year driving history without restrictions
