Job Summary
Assist clients in building independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and hygiene. Encourage and support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges while helping them plan tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement. Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes and adapt to different client needs in one-on-one settings. Work Monday through Friday from 10pm to 6am, awake overnight, in the Santa Rosa area. You must be able to pass a background check per state industry standards. Required Qualifications
- Able to work in the Santa Rosa area
- Able to pass a background check per state industry standards
- Monday - Friday
- 10pm to 6am (awake overnight)
- Are a strong communicator
- Are dependable
- Are a creative problem-solver
- Can problem solve
- Can adapt to different client needs
- Are comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings
Desired Qualifications
