Job Summary
Direct Care Staff providing direct client support for Supported Living Services in a one-on-one setting. Responsibilities include assisting clients in building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene), encouraging and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges, helping plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules to promote goal achievement, and documenting progress through case notes. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, be able to pass a background check, and be digitally literate (MS Word, email, data entry). Full-time role with Sunday-Thursday, 2pm–10pm shifts; benefits include paid holidays, sick time, mileage reimbursement, and health/life insurance options. Spread Your Wings, LLC. is an EOE employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience with transferring (lifting) clients
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check per state industry standards
