Job Summary
Direct Care Staff needed to assist clients with daily living activities, including cooking, budgeting, hygiene, and organizing tasks. Role involves supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges, documenting progress through case notes, and providing compassionate, patient, and dependable one-on-one care in the Santa Rosa area. Requires a valid driver's license for client transportation; background check; opportunities for career growth and benefits including health plans and mileage reimbursement. Full-time overnight shift 10pm–6am, Monday–Friday; $20/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's license required to drive client to buy snacks at convenience store.
- Able to pass a background check per state industry standards
- Able to work in the Santa Rosa area
