Job Summary
Direct Care Staff for Spread Your Wings, LLC. – SLS in Santa Cruz County/Aptos area. Provide supportive, person-centered care to clients with developmental disabilities, helping build independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene), and assist with planning and organizing tasks to promote goal achievement. Maintain consistent progress documentation through case notes; work independently in one-on-one settings; 32-hour weekly schedule with full-time opportunities and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and mileage reimbursement. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
