Job Summary
Direct Care Staff in a supported-living setting providing compassionate care to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting clients to build independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene), encouraging and supporting clients, helping plan and organize tasks and schedules to promote goal attainment, and providing consistent documentation of progress through case notes. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a state-standard background check; digital literacy (MS Word, email, basic data entry) is required. This is a full-time role with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.
