Job Summary
As a Direct Care Staff member at Sevita, you will help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow and live well by developing meaningful relationships and supporting participants in community activities. Key responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, helping with developmental goals such as budgeting and nutrition, and managing behavioral challenges. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a record meeting the insurability policy, and preferred experience in human services. Required Qualifications
