Job Summary
Direct Care Staff at Sevita’s REM Community Services providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll help participants grow, learn, and live well, build real relationships, support personal goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), assist with personal hygiene, and work with participants who may have behavioral challenges. The role emphasizes compassion, patience, reliability, teamwork, and strong communication, with a Driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
