Job Summary
Direct Care Staff at Sevita REM Community Services provide community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include helping participants grow and live well, building meaningful relationships, supporting participation in community activities, and aiding with personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role requires assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs. Must have a valid driver’s license (at least 1 year post-permit) and meet Sevita’s insurability policy. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Six months of relevant experience preferred. Schedule includes Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and alternating weekends; pay is $19.93/hour with full benefits for full-time employees. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
