Direct Care Staff - PT

Direct Care Staff responsible for supporting individuals in a supported living setting. Duties include helping clients build independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene), encouraging and assisting with motivation and goal achievement, planning and organizing tasks and schedules to promote progress, and documenting client progress through case notes. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, ability to work in the Ukiah area, and basic digital literacy (MS Word, email, data entry). Knowledge or experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is preferred.
