Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities. Provide direct care and supervision for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex needs. Work every other Saturday and Sunday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. as part of REM Community Services, a Sevita family organization serving 50,000 individuals across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
