Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and help them integrate into the community through favorite activities. You will assist people with complex needs, taking initiative to foster growth and independence. This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle. Experience in human services or direct care is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
