Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities. Work Wednesday, Thursday, and every other Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 10pm. This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance

- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
